TERMS + CONDITIONS

• If you're late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule your appointment to an available time slot that day (subject to availability). Unfortunately we are unable to push back appointments as we need to respect the appointment times of others after you.
•  All applications are inclusive of our exclusive range of Kynder Lashes. You will be asked to choose between a selection of lashes, however should you wish to change your lashes once they have been applied, an extra fee may occur due to strict Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• All applications are inclusive of lashes, if you choose against wearing lashes the price of application will not be modified.
• The term ‘Senior Artist’ is given to Karla Roccuzzo’s trained artists. Each Artist is fully qualified and further trained by Karla Roccuzzo. Requests to see a particular Senior Artist is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. This term is agreed before proceeding with your makeup application appointment as rosters may change due to artist availability.
• We love accomodating to our clients, so much so that we create our work hours around the appointment times that suit them best. Due to this, we require a deposit of 30% with a Senior Artist and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This term is agreed before proceeding with your makeup application appointment.
•  All out of salon bookings require a minimum of four people and will incur a travelling fee. This cost will be calculated and added to the final cost of the booking.
• Bookings that take place on a Public Holiday will incur a 20% surcharge. 
• If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. 
• All deposits paid are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 
• In the event that your preferable makeup professional is unavailable on 
• the date requested, a replacement will be assigned with as much notice as possible. 
• When selecting a makeup look, please select from @karlaroccuzzo & @artistryteam_kr Instagram accounts only. We ask that you do so, so that you are able to understand our style & training of makeup application. 
• You are required to attend your booking makeup free. Please do not apply any creams to your face that may contain SPF or may not work well with the products we apply to your face. 
• You are required to notify your makeup artist prior to your booking if 
• you have any significant allergies that may affect the outcome of your application. 
• We do not recommend mascara, eyeliner or false lashes for clients that are already wearing eyelash extensions. We do not recommend this as using makeup removers to remove the makeup we have applied for you, may cause lashes to detach due to the oils in the makeup remover. Clients wearing eyelash extensions that choose to wear [any sort of] eye makeup is at their discretion and we do not take responsibility.  

 
BRIDAL TERMS + CONDITIONS

• If we do not receive confirmation of your bridal booking within one week of your bridal trial, your booking will be released.
• Should there be any changes to your booking after your deposit is made - i.e; less persons - a cancellation fee will incur per person cancelled. 
• It is important for us to respect your time schedule on your special day. At the time of your booking, we will create a schedule based around the arrival time of your photographer and your preferred time finish; this has been carefully curated to ensure your group remains on a seamless time schedule for your special day. We aim to give you the best possible experience on your wedding day, with more time to create special memories with those closest to you. We ask that you ensure that all members of the group are present at our time of arrival, as we will work with your hairstylist to ensure everybody is being completed in a timely manner and have properly been co-ordinated with your hairstylist based on their personal needs. Should any member of the bridal booking not be present at their time of scheduled appointment, a cancellation and/or late fees will be incurred.
•  All bookings require a $100 + GST deposit to secure your reservation.
•  All applications are inclusive of synthetic fibre Kynder lashes.
